Registration Form

 Please print the registraton form out and fill it in. Then you may scan it in a file and send it to nkvikingsfootball@gmail.com. You can  pay when you show up to register, or you may submit the payment and form to 19630 Ashcrest Loop NE APT 50 Poulsbo, WA 98370.

 

 If you are a non-golfer, but would like to attend the dinner, please fill out the registration form and check mark dinner.

 

If you are paying with a Credit Card, please make sure to fill out the Credit Card Section on the form and we will process the payment.

 

There will be a dinner and silent auction after a day of golfing. We will also be holding a Putting Contest, Closest to the Pin Contest, Longest Drive Contest, a Ball Drop, a Hole in One Contest throughout the day.

 

Grab some buddies and come out for some fun, while supporting the North Kitsap Football and Baseball Teams. Hope to see you all out on the green!

 

Please click the RSVP button if you are planning on attending this event.  It will help the club by having a head count.
